A complete gut-and-rebuild, finished in large-format marble-look porcelain on the walls and floor. The project features a curbless walk-in shower with a floating bench and a custom hexagon-mosaic niche, a backlit LED mirror, and in-floor heating for warm tiles underfoot. Designed, tiled and finished entirely in-house.

A complete remodel — taken back to the studs, re-insulated and rough-plumbed, then finished in large-format Calacatta marble-look porcelain with dramatic gold veining run continuously across the walls and floor. Brushed-gold fixtures, a gold-framed niche, globe vanity lighting and a dark wood-look vanity. Demolished, waterproofed and tiled in-house.

A nature-inspired bathroom finished in hand-glazed, sage-green zellige-style tile, laid in a vertical stack bond for a tall, textured feel. Paired with a speckled terrazzo-look porcelain floor, a clean recessed niche and a frosted privacy window. Fully waterproofed, tiled and grouted in-house — from subfloor prep to the final detail.

A full-home flooring install in grey oak-look luxury vinyl plank, carried seamlessly through hallways, bedrooms and across the staircase. Matching stair treads with crisp white risers, tight scribes to the trim and clean room-to-room transitions. Supplied and installed in-house.

Light-oak plank flooring · Greater Victoria
A whole-home flooring transformation — old flooring lifted, the subfloor scraped, prepped and leveled, then finished in wide-plank light oak-look flooring flowing seamlessly through the living room, dining area, hallway and kitchen. Tight scribes around posts and door casings, with clean room-to-room transitions throughout. Supplied and installed in-house.

A warm, spa-inspired bathroom finished in large-format limestone-look porcelain with brushed-gold (champagne) fixtures. Features a curbless walk-in shower with a double niche and linear drain, a deep soaker tub, a fluted floating vanity and a private water closet. Designed, waterproofed and tiled in-house.

A bright tub-and-shower bathroom finished in glossy, two-tone vertical stacked tile that draws the eye upward. Paired with a warm penny-round mosaic floor, a recessed niche, a dark Shaker vanity with quartz counters and a brass-framed mirror. Fully waterproofed and tiled in-house.

Iridescent-tile bathroom · Greater Victoria
A characterful tub-and-shower surround tiled in iridescent, hand-glazed subway tile — every piece a slightly different blue-green, grey and amber, with a glossy accent band. Finished with a recessed niche and a brushed-gold edge trim. Fully waterproofed and tiled in-house, floor to ceiling.

White walk-in shower · Greater Victoria
A bright walk-in shower built from the studs up — new framing, insulation and fully bonded waterproofing, then finished in textured 3D white porcelain with a white marble-chip mosaic floor, a custom corner bench and twin corner shelves. Tiled and waterproofed in-house, with a clean transition to the vinyl-plank floor.

Marble-look walk-in shower · Greater Victoria
A walk-in shower built from the base up — a low-profile pan set and the walls fully waterproofed with a bonded Schluter membrane, then finished in large-format white Carrara marble-look porcelain with soft grey veining in a clean offset layout. Laser-levelled rows, leveling clips throughout and tight inside corners, over a grey stone-look floor. Waterproofed and tiled in-house.

Curbless shower with bench · Greater Victoria
A curbless walk-in shower built for the long term — walls and floor fully waterproofed with bonded Schluter membrane over a sloped mortar bed and linear drain, then finished in grey marble-look large-format porcelain. Features a floating tiled bench, a hexagon-mosaic niche with accent lighting and a level, curbless entry. Waterproofed and tiled in-house.

Soaker tub & glass shower · Greater Victoria
A full ensuite remodel — the old tub and dated finishes stripped out and the room reworked around a freestanding soaker tub and a glass corner shower. Finished in white marble-look large-format porcelain with a hexagon marble-look floor, a vertical glass-mosaic accent strip and a herringbone-mosaic shower base. Chrome fixtures throughout. Waterproofed and tiled in-house.

A bright bathroom refresh — the old one-piece fibreglass tub-shower removed and the alcove rebuilt in large-format Calacatta marble-look porcelain with soft gold and grey veining, carried across the walls and floor. A new low-profile shower base, recessed shelves, brushed-nickel fixtures and a white shaker vanity with quartz top. Waterproofed and tiled in-house.

Classic subway-tile surround · Greater Victoria
A timeless tub-and-shower surround in classic white subway tile, laid in a clean offset bond with a recessed niche and a tiled ledge. We tailor the grout to the look — from crisp charcoal for contrast to soft grey for a near-seamless finish. Waterproofed and tiled in-house.

White tub-surround renovation · Greater Victoria
A tired tub-and-shower surround taken right back to the studs — old walls removed, fresh insulation and fully bonded sheet waterproofing installed before a single tile went up. Finished in crisp, textured white porcelain in a clean horizontal layout, with tidy valve and spout cut-outs and tight grout lines. Demolished, waterproofed and tiled entirely in-house.

Geometric-tile kitchen · Greater Victoria
A bold backsplash in glossy black, white & gold triangle tile — with mirrored and deep-blue accents — wrapped tightly around corners, outlets and the windows. Set above white marble-look quartz counters and warm wood cabinetry, with crisp grout lines and clean mitred returns throughout. Laid out, cut and grouted in-house.

Two-tone kitchen · Greater Victoria
A full kitchen refresh in a crisp two-tone palette — white Shaker uppers, sage-green lowers and matte-black hardware. Finished with white quartz counters, a classic white subway-tile backsplash with dark grout, warm wood-look plank flooring and a hammered copper sink. Backsplash and flooring tiled and laid in-house.

Exterior brick veneer column · Greater Victoria
Not just interiors — a brick-veneer feature column added to a stucco exterior. The corner was built up over a weather barrier and metal lath, given a combed scratch coat, then faced with thin brick veneer for a clean, durable accent that ties into the existing stucco. Built in-house, start to finish.

Waterfront granite patio · Greater Victoria
An exterior, waterfront installation finished in large-format flamed grey granite — laid across the full deck and right out to the water’s edge — set against a hand-stacked split-face black stone feature wall under a steel pergola frame. A weather-exposed job built for drainage and durability, installed and detailed in-house from the paver field to the final edge.

Commercial spa & pool · Greater Victoria
A commercial fitness-centre spa — a round hydrotherapy pool and its surrounding deck finished in a speckled blue-and-grey mosaic, laid in a basketweave pattern with coved edges that curve around the columns and the spa wall. This pool is still a work in progress — the deck mosaic and curved transitions are being set now, with the spa basin and waterline tile still to come. Waterproofed, set and detailed in-house.

Concrete-look walk-in shower · Greater Victoria
A walk-in shower finished in large-format concrete-look grey porcelain on the walls and floor. The shower pan is hand-cut on a four-way diagonal fall — a clean pinwheel of cuts running to a single centre-point drain — with a flush metal threshold and tight, consistent grout lines. Large-format floor tile set on a leveling system. Waterproofed, cut and tiled in-house.

Marble-look bathroom remodel · Greater Victoria
A full gut renovation — from a dated, cedar-panelled bathroom with a blue tub to a bright, modern space wrapped floor-to-ceiling in large-format Calacatta-look porcelain. The finished room pairs a freestanding soaker tub, a floating vanity and a backlit LED mirror with a geometric marble mosaic niche, all set with tight, book-matched grout lines. Stripped, waterproofed and tiled in-house, start to finish.

A modern kitchen finished with a full-height Calacatta-look porcelain backsplash — large-format slabs run wall-to-wall and continue up behind the range hood, with the veining carried across the joints and cut cleanly around every outlet. Set against navy cabinetry, brass hardware and a waterfall quartz island. Backsplash supplied and installed in-house.

A bright bathroom refresh — a crisp white subway-tile tub surround run in a classic offset bond, paired with a marble-look porcelain floor set on a leveling system for a dead-flat finish. Clean grout lines, tight inside corners and neat cuts around the valve and tub. Tiled in-house.

A walk-in shower finished in white textured large-format porcelain with a soft wave surface, set off by a glass-and-stone mosaic niche. Built over a fully waterproofed Schluter Kerdi system, with flush leveling and tight, even grout lines throughout. Waterproofed and tiled in-house.

A full open-plan kitchen finished with creamy shaker cabinetry, a veined quartz waterfall island, a soft linear tile backsplash and wide plank flooring. Clean, level runs, tight backsplash cuts around outlets, and a bright, livable layout.
